Refund Policy

Returns 

Please note that our return policy strictly allows for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We regret to inform you that we won't be able to offer any refunds or exchanges on purchases made beyond the stipulated 30-day period.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. If you believe that your item fulfills the criteria for a return, please refer to the instructions in the Shipping section below.

We are happy to accept returns or exchange requests within 30 days of your purchase if your product does not meet your expectations. In the event of a return request due to dissatisfaction with size or color, we provide the option for exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit. If your return is related to a damaged item we are happy to provide a full refund to your original payment method. Shipping 

If you wish to return a product, kindly send an email to returns@tejperformance.com along with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to let you know we've received it. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. 

If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

To check the status of your refund, start by reviewing your bank account. If it hasn't been posted yet, contact your credit card company and then your bank. Refunds can take some time to process, so please be patient. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at returns@tejperformance.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at returns@tejperformance.com
